Mike Todd was one of the greatest entrepreneurs of the 20th century.  He had great successes and equally impressive failures. He is known to have said: “I have been broke many times, but I have never been poor”.  “Broke is a temporary inconvenience. Poor is a permanent state of mind”.

Remember these words and make sure you start this year with a map that points to where you are going. Stick to it and never give up.

I don’t think there is another video on the internet, more important, more crucial and more urgent than the one you’ll find on this page.

We have been lied to. Not silly little lies.  I’m talking about lies that kill people.  Lies that have caused diseases that did not exist before.


But now it has been taken a step further.  Self-nominated diet-experts have associated themselves with cereal and snack food corporation.

Today we know that our actions have caused carbohydrates, particularly sugar, to invade every morsel of food we are encouraged to eat. This is the “healthy food” we are encouraged to eat today.  It is an abomination.

You have been misled to believe that  it is necessary for human beings to follow what is called a healthy diet. It’s a false premise based on self-interest.

If diet experts and cereal makers truly know what they are talking about, we would have no weight problems and obesity statistics would not exist.

Sure! Today we are more advanced.  We’re educated and far more knowledgeable. - But Our Body Is Not.  It’s not adaptable. It evolves.

The Best Diet Isn’t A Diet At All!


The minute we stop dieting, our body goes to work to recover every ounce of fat we have lost.  That’s how nature protects us against famine. Our body was programmed eons ago to recover the weight. That’s why each diet makes us fatter than we were before we began.

Imagine the shock to our body when we suddenly reversed our natural diet and began to eat the opposite foods to those our body understood.

We are now forty years down the road, still believing that a diet is essential to a healthy body.  This is despite evidence that it is diets that make us fat.
