The Best Diet Isn’t A Diet At All!


The minute we stop dieting, our body goes to work to recover every ounce of fat we have lost.  That’s how nature protects us against famine. Our body was programmed eons ago to recover the weight. That’s why each diet makes us fatter than we were before we began.

Imagine the shock to our body when we suddenly reversed our natural diet and began to eat the opposite foods to those our body understood.

We are now forty years down the road, still believing that a diet is essential to a healthy body.  This is despite evidence that it is diets that make us fat.
