A Healthy Lifestyle Is Rarely Healthy!


What good is a healthy lifestyle that ruins our body and gets us addicted.  What good are experts who recommend it?

Diets don’t work.  They can’t, our body won’t let them.  You might lose weight.  But  what good is it when it always returns?

To diet, your body needs to adapt.  But our body does not adapt, it evolves.  Evolution takes eons.  Not a few decades.

Is there a point in chasing a so called healthy lifestyle, when evidence proves that it ruins our body and brings on an addiction?
