We began to diet around forty years ago. Till then, most people were slim and healthy. A healthy lifestyle was always a given.
When we abandoned our traditional diet, we forced our body to process food to which it had not evolved to understand. Evolution takes eons not a few decades.
We need to take a step back and consider what is healthy for the inside of our body. Instead of what looks healthy and good on the outside.
