It’s Sexy to be Healthy and a Healthy Lifestyle is a Sexy Lifestyle!

I’m excited! I have just created my first Fan page on Facebook, about my favorite subject: A healthy lifestyle.

It’s called, “It’s Sexy to be Healthy

and a Healthy Lifestyle

is a Sexy Lifestyle”.

It has taken me close to 3 years to do that. I sure hope you like it. Facebook is very hot right now. That’s because it has finally been discovered by the online business community. Not that they didn’t know about it before. They just didn’t have the time or energy to figure it out. That’s pretty much how I felt till I created:

‘It’s Sexy to be Healthy and a Healthy Lifestyle is a Sexy Lifestyle”.

It’s a long title I know, but it grabbed me at the time. I plan to post many updates and I hope you will visit often. Right now I’m getting ready to publish my book: The Carbohydrate Addicts Handbook”. This is a very special project to me. It's about what I did to save myself. How I gave up a so called healthy lifestyle and returned to Mother Nature's version of a healthy lifestyle, the one designed to suit our body. For some years now I have watched as more and more people gain weight, become obese and suddenly find themselves with type2 diabetes. Statistics tell us this now represents 60% of the population. They say this will grow to 80% by 2020. Yet, not so long ago obesity was rare and type2 diabetes was unknown. Why am I so interested? I used to be one of them. Till I was 43, I never had a weight problem, nor did my friends or anyone in my family. Till the 80’s weight problems were rare and usually due to illness. We lived what had always been deemed a healthy lifestyle. One that had been passed down from our grandparents. But then I had a mishap. Something went wrong during a surgical procedure. I suffered a cardiac arrest and a damaged thyroid. The doctor advised me to go on diet to avoid gaining weight.

I was told to adopt a new, modern healthy lifestyle.

I spent the next 20 years going from one diet to the next, losing weight only to eventually regain it with just that little bit more weight each time. I finally came to my senses. I suddenly remembered that till I was 43, and began to diet, I never had a weight problem. Somehow, that seemed connected. I have always been well informed and take a close interest in anything new and unusual. It was a bit like solving a puzzle. I remembered some major changes involving our old traditional diet which happened in the late seventies and suddenly everything fell into place. I went back to the original healthy lifestyle and started to eat the kind of food that was normal to me and most other people forty years ago. Not only did I lose all the weight, but I suddenly realized that a lot of symptoms I had come to believe were normal had suddenly disappeared. Things like constant cravings, sudden urges to binge feelings of hunger less than an hour after I had eaten a large meal. I felt free, light and energetic. Feelings I had not experienced for twenty years. I was informed enough to recognize that those were the feelings of carbohydrate addicts. I had cured my carbohydrate addiction the way I cured my tobacco addiction, without even knowing. That was more that 6 years ago and my weight remains stable. I have no doubt that as long as I keep to my old diet, it always will. The carbohydrate addict’s manual reveals exactly what I did to revert to my old healthy lifestyle. It explains how I did it and why it works. Once you understand that you will realize that it will work for you too. If you visit my fan page: “It’s sexy to be healthy and a healthy lifestyle is a sexy lifestyle” you will learn much more. Why were carbohydrate addicts tricked?

carbohydrate addicts are no different!

Unfortunately,

it will have taken carbohydrate addicts

several decades to arrive at the truth!

I’m sure when you have read some of my articles or seen a couple of my videos about carbohydrate addicts. You’ve probably asked yourself who is this person? I know most of what I say is very different to what anybody else says. My aim is not to appeal to what you want to hear. I just want to appeal to your common sense.

If you are one of the millions of carbohydrate addicts, who don't know this yet, you deserve to learn the truth.

I believe once we understand something fully and apply our own common sense, we inevitable arrive at the truth. That’s where I hope to lead you. Still, you will want to know how I got a hold of all that new information and why nobody else is talking about carbohydrate addicts, at least not how to cure them. I understand that and I’ll endeavor to explain.

I think if most of the people who promote diets today, understand just a little about the workings of our body, they will recognize the truth. They may choose not to do anything, but that’s a different matter. Their livelihood depends on carbohydrate addicts remaining addicted.

Misinformation has become so entrenched into our lifestyle that to unravel it will take more than truth, more than sincerity and a lot more than me. But I believe bad beliefs are ultimately exposed and I aim to do all I can to hurry that exposure along. My big advantage over all those who fill your ears with bad information about food, is that I’ll be seventy years old in June.

That means I have been around the diet industryfrom the beginning. I have witnessed the birth of carbohydrate addicts and I have seen this unrecognized epidemic grow before my eyes for almost thirty years. I’m also the kind of person who, when I see something weird or interesting, will make a note of it and remember it.

In the sixties and early seventies, just about everybody out of University seemed to have a brilliant idea. Many pursued it and tried to make it a career. One such group of people had noticed that there were no guidelines about what was considered the normal diet at that time. It was just something each generation passed on to the next.

Doctor’s had no interest in foods that had been standard for as long as anyone could remember. Only in cases of illness – like diabetes, did doctor’s become involved and then would recommend a special diet. By the mid to late seventies our budding ‘experts’ had established themselves on the fringe of medicine with a diet that would create a new healthy lifestyle – or so they said.

There were no weight problems to appeal to in those days, so better health was the only option. Nevertheless, the diet seemed to flounder until a sudden stroke of luck intervened. Cholestrol became a revelation to these people and gave them the means and the opportunity to gain wide credibility. You see nobody had ever heard of cholestrol but it was said to be very dangerous and the only way to cure it was to embark on this new diet that was designed to cure it.

No medical or science professional ever stepped in to correct that misinformation. Those of you who were around then will be nodding your heads. You’ll remember that diet as The Pyramid Diet. It eventually proved to be an exact reversal of what had till then been our traditional diet. Millions of people embarked on the new diet out of fear of cholestrol and in due course they became carbohydrate addicts.

Their children followed the same diet and they too became addicted. Their children are right now passing their addiction on to their little ones. All of this has happened in blissful ignorance and it’s got to stop. As someone who was one of those carbohydrate addicts for more than twenty years, you’ll understand why I’m a little angry and why I want so much to stop it. If I don’t who will? I mean who else remembers and can pass it on?

A Closer Look At Carbohydrate Addicts!

Normal 0 false false false EN-AU X-NONE X-NONE

Carbohydrate addicts are paying a big price for their lifestyle.  Yet most don’t even know they are addicted, or what the ultimate price of addiction can be. They receive no recognition and even less information about a lifestyle that will turn them into obesity statistics and probably kill them.

Nobody hesitates to tell carbohydrate addicts to go on a low carb diet.  Yet those same people wouldn’t dream of advising an alcoholic to stick to a couple of drinks, or a tobacco addict to just cut down on cigarettes.  It’s a double standard that smacks of hypocrisy and self interest.

Obesity statistics continue to climb and fewer slim people appear in the malls every day. Nobody wants to acknowledge the truth.  Take a good look around. Carbohydrates foods are slowly killing us. If that doesn’t get us, Type2 diabetes will. Yet the people who should warn us because they know better are getting ready to launch the next big diet.

Self proclaimed experts ask carbohydrate addicts to eat a particular food wisely, or to concentrate only on low carb foods.  This is like asking a starving person to eat only orange food, or asking an alcoholic to have only one drink a day.  It is unrealistic and can only further add to the confusion and despair suffered by the addict.

Carbohydrate addicts do not need a diet. What they need is a cure for their addiction.  As long as the addiction prevails, there is no solution to a weight problem and the addict will continue to grow fatter.

The fact is, our body was not designed to diet.  To the body it is perceived as a famine.  The natural response to a famine is to slow down the metabolism and conserve fat.  Once the famine is over, the body will recover the lost weight as soon as you let it.

Obesity statistics will continue to climb till it is realized that carbohydrate addicts must deal with their addiction before they can expect to deal with their weight problem.  In fact, the addiction cure will take care of their weight problem.

The secret carbohydrate addicts epidemic!

Have you noticed how everyone seems to get fat

and end up carbohydrate addicts?

This is because of what we choose to eat, right?

YES AND NO! People who are carbohydrate addicts

don't really have a choice.

It is very easy to join the 60% of the population who are already carbohydrate addicts.

Ask yourself this: - Does an alcoholic choose to have one drink and go? Can a nicotine addict stop smoking whenever they want? Do all those people clinging to a poker machine, stop playing when they lose their limit? No matter what the addiction – by definition: You Have Lost Control. Those who urge you to eat a low carb diet are the same kind of people who tell an alcoholic to stick to one drink.

You cannot stop the spread of carbohydrate addicts till they have been cured.

I don’t care what anybody else says; being fat is NOT ok. It might have been ok when there was no choice, but there is a choice. Carbohydrate addicts can be cured I’m living proof of that. All we have to do is recognize it and cure our addiction. You see, I can prove, what has caused not just me, but around 60% of everybody else to get fat and become carbohydrate addicts. I know the reason, I know when it started and I know who and what caused it. Carbohydrate addicts can be cured. Once you know how – you too can cure your carbohydrate addiction and lose the weight for good! First, let’s get one thing clear: This is not about a diet. I’m sure you know by now, diets don’t work. Why? - Your body won’t let them. That’s because our body was never designed to digest the carbohydrates foods we eat today, or to diet to lose the weight we gain as a consequence. Till 40 years ago, nobody would have dreamed of dieting. When you limit your food your body responds to famine. It panics and sends out a message to slow down and begin to store body fat. That's not the kind of FAT you eat. It’s the kind of fat your body manufactures. It comes from all those carbohydrates you eat – those you’ve not been able to burn off in energy. Your body converts all carbohydrates foods into glucose. That’s your body’s fuel. There are no ‘special’ carbohydrates that get ‘special’ treatment. What you do not use for energy is converted to fat and stored on your body. What you need to learn is: When you think FAT - you should think carbohydrate. Few people today spend nearly enough energy. When the carbohydrates you eat in a day – begin to exceed the energy you can spend - your body starts to grow fat. This is how people become FAT carbohydrate addicts on a low carb diet. Two things are important about that. 1. Your body can only burn the amount of glucose you spend on energy. 2. There is no option for your body to store glucose. It is forced to store it as body fat. In a famine/diet you will spend even less energy than usual. When the diet/famine is over, your body will do all it can to recover whatever weight you have lost. That’s Nature and it's why obesity statistics will continue to rise. Mother Nature always wins. It will even add a little extra fat for protection against the next famine. Are you beginning to get the picture? If you and your family are carbohydrate addicts, you can’t afford to do nothing. Obesity statistics tell us that at current trends, 80% of us will be fat by 2020. That’s just a decade away. Will you and your family be among them? In my book, The carbohydrate Addicts Manual, I will reveal everything. I’ll teach you exactly what to do, every step of the way. I will motivate you with information that will make you want to stick with it. If you follow the book, you WILL lose the weight and it WILL stay off – for good. Human beings were not meant to be fat. Mother Nature didn’t design us to be carbohydrate addicts. We broke the laws of nature by foolishly allowing untrained people to reverse our traditional diet. Don't reward them with yet another diet.
