Sugar is not part of the healthy lifestyle we had all hoped for.  It has become a deadly addiction that nobody wants to talk about.



Addiction to a processed carbohydrate, like Sugar, has  proved to be more dangerous to our lives than any other addiction.

The processed food and diet industry advocate a low carbs diet. Just as the tobacco industry advocated a low tar cigarette. Coincidence?
